The strategy

Every trade funds the treasury.
Every buy and sell pays the tax, and 60% of it goes straight to the treasury. Ember runs it on-chain, so the dev never touches it.
$300 buys one pack. Always the same one.
Jupiter Gacha Angels only: the machine with the $250,000 Charizard. Every 15 minutes, as many packs as the treasury affords.
Every card goes to a holder.
One holder per pack, odds by √balance, so small bags win too. The slab lands in the winner's wallet: keep it, sell it back, or ship it home.
